BACK HOW TO SEARCH THE SITE
The search form is on the FIND page. It allows you to look for individuals by name, job grade, region or town. You can also search resumés, looking for the title of a work, the year it was produced, the type of production or the producer. Finally, you can search for words or phrases in the statements made by individuals. Use this free-text feature to look for special experience or expertise not covered by the BECTU grades and listed job titles, or mentioned in other search fields.

Fields in red, starting with a hash mark (#), are multiple choice; hold down CTRL or APPLE key to choose more than one item.

Fields marked [*_] will search for names beginning with the letters you enter. So, 'at' will find 'atkins', 'attwood' and 'attenborough'.

Fields marked [_*_] will search for text containing the word or part word you enter. So, 'at' will find 'atkins', 'watkins' , 'international' and 'hat'.

Choosing more than one field narrows your search - you get fewer results.

Choosing more than one item in a multiple choice field broadens your search - you get more results.

Make sure to clear the form (click on CLEAR) before running a new search.

Searching will produce a list of entries on the site matching your criteria. Click on a name to view that person's full details.

From the page showing full details, you can click CHECK AVAILABILITY to view the personal diary of that individual and see when she or he is unavailable for work. And you can click on MANAGE CREWBUS to add that person to a Crewbus.

Crewbus lists can be accessed from the FIND page by clicking VIEW CREWBUSES. You can maintain up to three Crewbuses giving you instant access to the details of selected individuals every time you visit the site.
